Designing a drilled pile foundation in a dual system structure

Drilled pile foundations that have been set in hard soil are generally used for buildings with shear walls. By nature, a drilled foundation can withstand moments because of the pile’s dimensions and amount reinforcement installed. This study presents structural analysis 10-story building supported by dual system structure to meet earthquake requirements. The results show that, using system, requirements (natural period, modal, story shear, drift, P-Delta) met. Other base force wall has value 58.76% X-direction 63.72% Y-direction. frame is 41.23% 36.27% Therefore, met resisted higher than 25%. provides normal 24.32% wall, while carries 75.67%. bearing capacity safety factor = 2.5 162 tons diameter 50 cm, 214 60 340 80 493 100 672 120 993 150 cm. result driving analyzer test values cm range from 988 1,232 tons.
